Terms and Conditions for Manuscript Submission

To streamline the review and publication process, researchers wishing to publish their scientific articles in this journal are required to take note of the following guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the article not being reviewed or evaluated, and it will be returned to the author for structural revisions.

  • Article submission is exclusively possible through the journal's website. Manual or email submissions of articles will not be accepted.
  • Articles submitted to this journal for review and publication must not have been previously published in other domestic or foreign journals, nor should they be concurrently submitted to other domestic or foreign journals for review.
  • The publication reserves the right to reject, accept, or edit the submitted article.
  • The individual submitting the article must be the responsible author, and all necessary correspondences and follow-ups related to the article will be conducted with the responsible author. Any correspondence from parties other than the responsible author will not be considered.
  • The order of author names should align with the sequence in which authors' information is registered during the article's submission on the journal website. The responsible author must accurately and completely input the names of all authors on the publication site.
  • Submitted articles must adhere to the article writing guidelines provided; otherwise, the article will be returned to the author and will not undergo the evaluation process.
  • Communication with the responsible author will occur via the publication site and email. The responsible author is required to monitor both channels for information and updates.
  • In the event of the cancellation of the article's review process, the responsible author must initiate a withdrawal request through the publication site (by submitting a withdrawal request). The cancellation letter must be endorsed by all authors and then submitted as a PDF file.
  • Permission must be obtained from the copyright owner (publisher) to reproduce any significant portion of copyrighted material, contingent on both the material's significance and quantity. This includes text, illustrations, charts, tables, photographs, or other content sourced from previously published works. If excerpts from copyrighted works are included, the author(s) must secure written permission from the copyright owner and properly attribute the source(s) within the manuscript.
  • It is mandatory to complete and submit the Copyright form, Conflict of Interest declaration, and the authors' information (Journal Forms).
